    The period to submit presentations for the Forum of Research on the Arab and Muslim World (FIMAM) will remain open until September 15. The event will be hosted by Casa Árabe on the dates of November 23 and 24.

    The World Congress for Middle Eastern Studies of 2018 will be taking place in Seville from July 16-22, 2018. The period for submitting proposals is now open and will last until December 9, using the Wocmes 2018 website.

    A full offering of courses to learn Arabic right by the Retiro Park. This new period of classes will begin on October 2 and ends on December 18. The registration period will last from September 1 through 24 (including both of those dates).

    This fall, Casa Árabe’s film schedule is dedicated to the recent productions shown at the AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL (FCAT), held simultaneously in both Tarifa and Tangiers, from April to May of this year.
