    Casa Árabe, in collaboration with the universities of Cordoba, Jaen and Cadiz , shows this season dedicated to the first films of the Maghrebian cinema within the framework of Mediterranean Visual Elements (Visualidades Mediterráneas), a project coordinated by the University of Jaen to revise the view of the Mediterranean culture from both shores of the sea shared by Europe, Asia and Africa.

    Casa Árabe, in collaboration with Pablo Olavide Seville University, shows between February 24th and March 28th the Panorama of Contemporary Arab Documentary Cinema III: Experiences and testimonies, the third edition of the Arab documentary film program, in the Mediterranean Visual framework.

    From March 4th to 28th, Casa Árabe replays this cinema season, which offers an outlook on Orientalism in Spanish cinema since the beginning of the 20th Century.

    Casa Árabe replays, from 4th to 28th February in Madrid, Panorama of Contemporary Arab Documentary Cinema IV: Middle East Spaces, last edition of the Panorama of Contemporary Arab Documentary Cinema, whose thematic axis is the spatial approach and the places in the Middle East.

    Cinema season Euroba

    Casa Árabe organizes the cinema season Euroba in Madrid, from December 10th to January 31st 2011, with Laila and Nadia Hotait as curators.Europe, or Euroba in the Arabic phonetics, is plural, varied, has many pasts and presents and a piece of its closest future hangs on the understanding and assimilation of the migrations that come from Arab or Islamic countries towards its territory.
