March 25, 2019
CóRDOBA
The Góngora Theater, main site of the event, and the Gran Teatro de Córdoba, will be hosting two of the scheduled shows. In addition to other venues and locations in the city, Casa Árabe will be the “Meeting Space for the Eleventh Days” (an activity with entertainment by the Spanish Network of Publicly Owned Theaters, Auditoriums, Circuits and Festivals).

For two and a half days, presentations will be given, active and theoretical workshops will be held, there will be debates, professional meetings and activities revolving around the stage arts and inclusive music, all oriented towards interested professionals across Spain. You will also get to enjoy two shows and the exhibit from a local workshop in which women from Cordoba participate.

The general slogan for the work at the year 2019 edition is “Artistic Creation and Community: Pathways and mutual understandings.” For this latest edition of the Days, a special focus has been placed on the contexts and conditions which make or do not make it possible for someone with talent, skill and enthusiasm to participate in inclusive, community-based stage arts as a pathway towards emancipation and inclusion in the working world and society at large, viewing the stage arts as a space for development and resistance that acts as a catalyst for social transformation.
