We are now presenting our new offering of fall courses for adults and children. The registration period will last from September 1 to 26.

This fall, we will be giving our Arabic courses in both classroom and remote learning formats, so you can learn from wherever best suits you. The classes will begin on October 4 and end on December 20. You can complete your registration from September 1 through 26, including both of those dates.

For the fall quarter (October-December), we will continue to offer our wide range of regular courses in Modern Standard Arabic and Arabic dialects (Moroccan Darija, Egyptian and Levantine), conversation classes, face-to-face classes for children from 8 to 12 years old, and a new type of courses: for seniors.

Plus, we are giving new discounts to large families and civil servants who work for bodies of the Public Administration. The ordinary fee for our regular courses (students over the age of 12) will remain 210 euros for classes in person and 195 for remote/online classes, whereas the reduced free (for students, the unemployed and civil servants working for bodies of the Public Administration) will remain 180 euros for both course types. As for our children’s courses (for students from 3 to 12 years old), the ordinary fee will be 181 euros, or 156 euros with a discount (children with siblings also registered, large families and the children of active civil servants working for bodies of the Public Administration - no more than one discount may be applied).

You can buy your textbooks with a 5% discount at Casa Árabe’s Balqis bookstore, which you can buy any needed manuals from online.

The courses are given in different schedules, each consisting of three hours per week: Monday and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, or just Friday, in the morning (10:00 and 11:30 a.m.) or in the afternoon/evening (4:30, 5:30, 6:00 and 7:30 p.m.), as well as on Saturdays and Sundays in the morning.

Our remote classes are given via video conference, using the Teams platform, with a written chat, virtual whiteboard and live online video attendance. You just need a computer that is hooked up to the Internet. For group work and greater satisfaction using this tool, we recommend that you share an email address with your other classmates, including either your personal email address or one created specifically for the course.

You must complete your registration online. All students are given a user name and password to access their private online profile, where they can track their registration status, look up student records and carry out other procedures.

If you already have some knowledge of Arabic, please take our free online test to find out what level you should sign up for.

Remember to register before all of the classes are full!
The groups will be closed when the maximum number of students is reached. Students will be assigned to courses in chronological order as their registration forms are received, and no students will be allowed to register after the deadline.

Plus...
All Language Center students get discounts on tickets to Casa Árabe’s film screenings, and at the Balqís bookshop. If you are already a Language Center student, to avoid having to enter all of your personal information each quarter, you can retrieve your data by typing in the user name and password you used in previous quarters. If you have forgotten your user name, you may request it by sending us an e-mail message at (centrodelengua@casaarabe.es). If you have forgotten your password, you have to reset it in your private student profile. Because this information is confidential, the Language Center is unable to provide it.

You can find all of the information on our courses (schedules, registration, etc.) in the Language Center section of the Casa Árabe website.
