    Throughout the months of March and April, Casa Árabe is devoting its film schedule in Madrid to Mauritanian film, as a complement to our display of contemporary cultural works produced in that country, forming the contents of the exhibition “Memories in Motion: Contemporary art from Mauritania.“

    CÓRDOBA
    As of February 10, you can enjoy this exhibition curated by María Gómez López, with the collaboration of the Hafez Gallery, to display works by artists Amina Agueznay, asmaa al-issa, Christine Gedeon and Filwa Nazer. The exhibition will be held until March 31 at the Casa Árabe headquarters in Córdoba.

    CÓRDOBA
    Casa Árabe is hosting this exhibition, which has brought together a selection of works created during eight years of artist-in-residency programs, with creators from the Mediterranean region, at a space known as  "Jiwar " in Barcelona. Curated by Mireia Estrada Gelabert, founder of this initiative, it will be on display at our headquarters in Córdoba as of February 24.

    Memories in Motion: Contemporary art from Mauritania

    MADRID
    As of February 24, Casa Arabe’s headquarters in Madrid will be hosting this exhibition, the first fully devoted to contemporary art from Mauritania outside of the country’s borders. The show, organized with Casa África, showcases the work of eleven artists from the African nation.
