Casa Árabe collaborates with Melilla’s Iwa Fest

The institution is sponsoring the film screening to be held as part of the festival. It will be taking place from September 25 to 29.

MELILLA
Melilla’s Iwa Fest is a celebration of diversity, Amazigh culture and the Mediterranean taking place at the end of September in Melilla. It includes concerts, film screenings, art events and round table discussions.

As for this year’s schedule, Casa Árabe is cooperating on three of the five films to be shown during the Film Festival, including the following:

- Monday, September 25: Houria, by Mounia Meddour
12:00 p.m. (at schools); 7:00 p.m. (open to the public)

- Tuesday, September 26: Gaza Mon Amour, by Arab and Tarzan Nasser
12:00 p.m. (at schools); 7:00 p.m. (open to the public)

- Wednesday, September 27: Among the Fig Trees, by Erigi Sehiri
12:00 p.m. (at schools); 7:00 p.m. (open to the public)

- Thursday, September 28: Sound of Berberia
12:00 p.m. (at schools); 7:30 p.m. (open to the public)

- Friday, September 29: Caravan to the Future
11:30 a.m. (open to the public)

The screenings will be taking place in the UNED auditorium.
