Casa Árabe at Madrid’s Fifteenth Architecture Week

For yet another year, Casa Árabe is opening up the building where its headquarters is located as part of this initiative, which will be held on September 28 and October 7. You may begin to register for the guided tours as of October 1.

With this latest edition of Architecture Week, organized by Madrid’s Association of Architects and the COAM Architecture Foundation, with the cooperation of the Municipal Government of Madrid and the Embassy of Italy in Spain, the goal is to continue providing a closer look at architecture and the development of the city of the future to society as a whole and to increase awareness about the valuable architectural heritage which makes Madrid one of the role models amongst capital cities working in this field around the world.

Milan is the guest city at this edition, and amongst other topics, design will be a focus: new urban developments, with similar experiences in both cities, the sustainability of the year 2020 challenges, the Milan Pact for 2030 and new spaces for production.

As part of this initiative, Casa Árabe has organized guided tours of its Neo-Mudéjar building,  to be given by experts on architecture, on Monday, October 1, with different tour times, including 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The registration to sign up for the guided tours can be sent using this link, selecting the date and activity.
