Privacy policy

According to the Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/1999, passed on 13 December 1999, CASA ÁRABE informs the user of the existence of a personal data file created for and by CASA ÁRABE and under its responsibility, aimed to carry out the maintenance and management of the relation with the user, and for the information, training and marketing of the service and the activities related to these purposes. Within the acceptance of the present General Terms, CASA ÁRABE will request for some basic and necessary data in order to provide the services. These data are: Name, family name(s), address, postal code and telephone number of the User. Within the acceptance of this present contract, the User will be informed of the essential need of providing these data. Likewise CASA ÁRABE may ask the User for additional information before for providing some of its services, such as: i) personal tax number identification, ii) city, iii) date of birth, iv) sex, v) professional occupation, vi) personal interests, which will be used to information, training and marketing of the services offered by CASA ÁRABE. Such data are voluntarily provided and by the acceptance of the present contract the User will be informed of the non-compulsory character of the gathering of these data for the services offered by CASA ÁRABE, nevertheless, non-providing those data will prevent CASA ÁRABE from offering those services related to the abovedmentioned data. The User accepts that CASA ÁRABE may pass on the navigation data of the Use to advertising third parties, which will be related to the websites the User visits. The advertising parties will be the ones to be responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy or lawfulness of its advertising being CASA ÁRABE a simple distributor of it. The advertising parties will not have direct access to User's personal data without the explicit consent of the User in every occasion. Access, rectification, opposition or erasure rights related to the personal data gathered can be exercised by the Users, and, as appropriate, by whom may represent them through a written and signed document which must contain the following data: name, family name(s) of the client, address if needed to deliver notifications, passport or personal identity card photocopy, and the request form, posted to the following address: c/ Alcalá 62. 28009 Madrid. CASA ÁRABE complies with the legal obligation of secrecy for personal data and to its duty of storing them, and will adopt the needed measures to avoid its alteration, erasure, retrieval or non-authorized access according to the Security Measures Regulation for automated data files containing personal data passed on 11 July 1999, Royal Decree 994/99.
