Akbar Ahmed visits our headquarters in Cordoba 

Within the framework of the project “Trip to Europe,” a research project on Muslim communities on the continent

CóRDOBA
Ambassador Akbar Ahmed, a well-known professor and anthropologist at American University in Washington, D.C., has visited the headquarters of Casa Árabe in Cordoba, where he held meetings and work sessions with experts and representatives of the Muslim community in Spain. 

This visit, held from June 17-25, forms part of a field project called "Journey into Europe: Islam, Immigration and Empire", the goal of which is to study Muslims in Europe and the attitudes and perceptions of Europeans regarding these communities.
