Release of the last novel by the famous fiction and essay Moroccan writer Tahar Ben Jelloun.
A Moroccan migrant in France considers unease his close retirement. Taking stock of his life, he recalls the hard migrant beginnings and his difficult adaptation, pitying not having been able to translate his cultural and religious identity to his children. Nostalgia embraces him and he decides to return to his home village to build a big house to gather his family. But this return will not be as he had expected.
The release will take place wednesday 28th September at Casa Árabe’s Auditorium in Madrid (c/ Alcalá, 62) at 19.30. Free entrance.
