Al-Andalus Experience: Rediscover the legacy

On Tuesday, June 3, Casa Árabe will be hosting an event to present the
results of this project, run by the Innova Experiencia Andalusí Group,
at its headquarters in Madrid. The event will include two round table
discussions on sustainable tourism and the legacy of Al-Andalus as a
form of living heritage.
The project Innova Experiencia Andalusí (the “Innova Al-Al-Andalus Experience”) is meant to enhance the value the heritage of Al-Andalus’ from a fresh, new perspective, integrating its different aspects as a basis for tourist experiences.
The group of entities promoting the event is made up of the Autonomous Regional Government of Aragon, the Community of Costa del Sol-Axarquía Municipalities, the Calatayud Regional Community, the Guadajoz Campiña Este Community (Cordoba province), the Provincial Government Office in Soria, the Visit Valencia Foundation and Let’s Go Halal (Open Concept SL).
It has been a beneficiary of Next Generation EU funds through Spain’s Ministry of Industry and Tourism, as a part of the Government of Spain’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and the “Experiences of Tourism Spain” Program in the year 2021 call for that program.
