Arab food Showcooking

Casa Árabe and the School of Catering Trade of Cordoba organized on Monday November 26th an Arab food showcooking where different approaches on current Arab cooking were displayed through the presentation show of traditional and modern dishes.
The show took place at 18.00 at Casa Árabe’s headquarters (c/ Samuel de los Santos Gener, 9) and it concluded tasting the two dishes prepared during the event.
The workshop was opened to all the people interested in Arab cooking and who wanted to get to know it through a teacher from the School of Catering Trade of Cordoba. No previous knowledge was needed.
Registration is needed to take part in. Registration period was opened from November 8th to 21st, Monday to Thursday, from 9.30 to 14:30 and from 16.30 to 18.00 and Fridays from 9.30 to 14.30, at Casa Árabe headquarters. Price: 15 euros.
