García-Margallo. The event will take place within the framework of the
Network of “Casas” Forum.
On Monday, March 2 at the headquarters of Casa América in Madrid, the second “Casas” Network Forum event will be held, consisting of a breakfast-colloquium with Ángel Gurría, Secretary General of the OECD. The event will include participation by José Manuel García-Margallo, Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, and it will be moderated by Bieito Rubido, the director of ABC.
