Casa Árabe contributes to “Apertura: Madrid Gallery Weekend”

The institution is giving a guided tour of the exhibition “An Uncanny Impulse” on Saturday, September 16.
From Thursday, September 14 through Sunday, September 17, Madrid will be hosting “Apertura: Madrid Gallery Weekend,” the art and contemporary culture event that marks the beginning of the season at art galleries in Madrid.
Casa Árabe, along with other institutions in the city, is also contributing to support the event by giving a guided tour of the exhibition “An Uncanny Impulse.” This will be an excellent opportunity to get a closer look at one of the most important collections of the Arab Image Foundation in Beirut, with images from northern Lebanon from the 1920’s to 1960’s.
