On November 26 and 27, Casa Árabe will be hosting this conference at its headquarters in Cordoba, providing a space for reflection and academic analysis that will bring together foreign and domestic specialists to address the current challenges facing the Mediterranean, coinciding with the thirtieth anniversary of the Barcelona Declaration. 

Through conferences and themed panel discussions, the program will be taking a look at the main political, economic, social and security-related transformations in the Mediterranean region, as well as the role of the European Union, its institutions and its member States in the region. Topics such as geopolitics and geoeconomics, migration management, disinformation, development cooperation and the role of public diplomacy will lie at the center of this debate. 

During these events, organized by the AECPA Permanent Group on Plural Diplomacy, will feature the participation of leading educators and researchers from universities, study centers and specialized organizations. It will be structured into six academic sessions, as well as including complementary activities.
