The Sixth Congress of ICLARS (International Consortium for Law and Religion Studies) on Human Dignity, Law, and Religious Diversity: Designing the future of intercultural societies, is intended to “analyze how the notion of human dignity, at the core of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, can contribute to creating a common ground for understanding between conflicting conceptions of human rights with an impact on the field of freedom of religion and belief.”

During the three days of the congress, the mornings will be devoted to plenary sessions with renowned scholars from around the world, other legal experts (such as international and constitutional judges, or people involved in lawmaking and government activities), and representatives of the media and civil society.

During the afternoons, we will be holding simultaneous sessions, which will be announced later, after selecting the proposals received as a result of the call for papers
