This issue contains information on the presentation of the study "New Arab Capital: The main role-players and opportunities for Spanish companies," written by Jacinto Soler and published by Casa Árabe, in which the opportunities for cooperation between new Arab capital and Spanish companies is analyzed. The Bulletin also includes a synopsis of the publication.

This issue contains an article by José Ignacio García Muniozguren, director of the offices of Garrigues in Casablanca and Tangier,  titled “Morocco: Notes on Business Law,” which deals with the nature of the business law applied in Morocco, and the implications entailed by the decisions of those Spanish companies which do business in that market.

Likewise, a special section describes the gathering organized at Casa Árabe on April 4, 2013 with a delegation from the Regional Government of Iraqi Kurdistan (GRK), headed by its Vice-Prime Minister, Imad Ahmed Sayfour, and including an interview with the Minister of Planning of the GRK, Ali Sindi.

Summarized in the Europe section are the most important topics discussed at the Second Mediterranean Conference on Arbitration and Mediation, organized by the European Arbitration Association (AEADE) and the Spanish-Moroccan Forum of Legal Experts. It took place on March 20 at the Casa Árabe headquarters in Madrid.
