Economy and Business Bulletin Issue 33
From January 17, 2013 until January 31, 2013
The Spanish edition of the thirty third issue of the Economy and Business Bulletin of Casa Árabe gathers reports on the business meetings organized in fall 2012 at Casa Árabe and at the embassies of Algeria and Tunisia.
In both special reports, the conditions offered in those countries for foreign investors and the most promising sectors for Spanish enterprises are analyzed. In the Algerian case, a special focus is set on the chances the new structure development plans offer and those of improvement in public industrial processes. It also includes a complementary interview to Hassiba Mokraoui, the general manager of the National Agency for Property Intermediation and Regulation (ANIREF).
The Bulletin includes an article by Pedro Clarós and Alejandro Carballo on the international arbitration group at the law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, analyzing the conditions Spain gathers to become an investment hub for the Arab and Latin American countries. Due to the special links to both regions, there is a mean to canalize the investments between them, favouring them and avoiding obstacles which might have arisen due to a lack of knowledge.
