Casa Árabe presents in Madrid on January 25th From Tangiers to the Nile. North African Chronicle, the last book published by the journalist Javier Valenzuela.
The book includes thirty texts written while being a foreign correspondent in the past years.
Structured in four chapters –Morocco, the Sahara, Algeria and Egypt-, they picture the region's pluralism and complexity, the changes experienced in the last decades and they point out issues that are of unquestionable interest whenever approaching the regional topics from Spain.
The conference will take place at 19.30h at the Casa Árabe's Auditorium in Madrid (c/ Alcalá, 62). Free entrance.
