Along with visual curator Juan Valbuena, discover the story of the thousands of people who had to leave Spain at the end of the Spanish Civil War, finding refuge in the Maghreb region (which includes the former territories of colonial France, today’s Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco).

It is a little known story of exile, told through images taken from 1939 to 1962, crossing through four emotions: fear, indignation, hope and resignation.
