Arab countries, as many other regions in the world, have been affected by the international economic crisis.
Nevertheless, this region's peculiarities and complexities made it necessary to develop a thorough and detailed analysis on its different characteristics, consequences and transmission channels which are serving to transmit the global crisis to the different Arab countries.
