Breakfast colloquium with Mohammad Javad Zarif
On April 14, Casa América hosted this breakfast colloquium with Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iran’s Minister of Foreign Relations, as part of the Casas Network Forum.
Also taking part in the event were José Manuel Soria, Spain’s Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism, and Javier Solana, the former High Representative of the European Council for Foreign Policy and Common Security of the European Union.

Casas Network Forum
On February 13, the directors of the six Casas for public diplomacy (Casa de América, Casa Árabe, Casa África, Casa Asia, Casa Mediterráneo and Centro Sefarad-Israel) signed a protocol to create the Casas Network Forum. The High Representative of the European Union, Federica Mogherini, was the first to take part in this forum, on February 16. The second activity carried out by the forum was a breakfast colloquium with Ángel Gurría, Secretary General of the OECD, whereas the third session featured Miguel Arias Cañete, the European Commissioner for Energy and Climate Action.
