Islam geopolitics in Cordoba

Casa Árabe organizes, in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair in Conflicts Resolution at the University of Cordoba, a series of conferences on Islam’s geopolitics with the attendance of various experts.
This experts will expose their points of view on the matter.
Gema Martín Muñoz, Casa Árabe's Director General : “Shiite and Sunni in the Arab world”; Jordi Moreras, from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili: “Islam Geographic Diversity”.
Antoni Segura, from the University of Barcelona: “Arab Islamisms”; María Jesús Merinero, from the University of Extremadura: “Iran's Islamic Republic and its geopolitical value”.
Francisco Veiga, from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, “Turkey and its Foreign Policy in the Middle East”; Rafael Bueno, Casa Asia's Director of Politics and Society: “Islam Geopolitics in Central Asia”.
At the "Salón de Grados" of the Law and Economics Building in the University of Cordoba (c/ Puerta Nueva, s/n), from 17.30 to 20.00. The November 3rd, the lecture will begin at 17.00.
