The application period is now open for those teachers of Arabic as a
foreign language who wish to take part in this KSGAAL training program
at Casa Árabe’s headquarters in Madrid from November 11 to 14.
Casa Árabe is hosting this training offered by the King Salman Global Arabic Language Academy العربية للغة العالمي سلمان الملك مجمع)) (KSGAAL, in English) for teachers who work teaching Arabic as a foreign language.
The Academy’s goal is to develop outstanding skills in teaching Arabic as a foreign language by offering specific courses inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia given by experts in Applied Linguistics.
The course has been organized across four days, November 11 to 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 3::00 p.m., with 24 hours of training in all, divided into 6 sessions lasting 50 minutes each, and two short breaks in between.
The course will be taking place in person at Casa Árabe’s headquarters in Madrid. The purpose of the course is to improve the skills of the attending Arabic teachers and provide them with the necessary abilities to teach the language properly in a series of areas within the educational process: the preparation and writing of teaching materials, the creation of dictionaries, linguistic planning and technical applications for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
The course is free of charge, but no more than 25 may attend, in accordance with a selection process from amongst the application received using this form. The selection will be completed by the academy itself. You must enter the information in Arabic and provide a telephone number so that the course may be properly organized. At the end of the course, those participating will receive a diploma from the Academy.
