Launching of a book about Averroes in Cordoba

Launching of Andrés Martínez Lorca’s book Averroes, the Cordoba‘s wise man who enlightened Europe, which shows, through different literary and historical texts, the life and works of this man.
Averroes was a Cordoban physician and philosopher who determinedly influencedthe construction of the modern Europe.
In the event, the author will be accompanied by Gema Martín Muñoz, Casa Árabe's Director General; Rafael Blanco Perea, delegate of culture of the town hall of Cordoba; Ramón Román Alcalá, tecaher in the University of Cordoba; and Manuel González Mestre, director of the publishing house El Páramo.
