Madrid Book Fair

Balqís, the bookstore at Casa Árabe, will be taking part in the Madrid Book Fair for yet another year. Located on the Paseo de Coches in the Retiro Park, it will be held from May 31 through June 16. At Stand nº 4, in addition to the publications by Casa Árabe, it will be offering a selection of the most current books published in Spain with Arab and Islamic authors and subject matters.
The opening times are from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 to 9:30 p.m.
Moreover, at the stand of Balqís, Casa Árabe’s bookstore, several authors will be signing their works during the Fair: Javier Martín; Teresa Aranguren; Raad Salam; Marcelino Galiano; Brígida Gallego-Coín; Luís María Cazorla; Amador Martínez Morcillo; Manuel Montobbio; Sonallah Ibrahim; Jesús Lens and Alfred G. Kavanagh.
