FROM THRUSDAY 10th TO SATURDAY 12th FEBRUARY: Theatre. Photo Romance, by Rabih Mroué and Lina Saneh (Lebanon, 2009, 90 min.)
Beirut, year 2006. Two big parades take the streets facing one another. Meanwhile, two lonely beings meet in an empty premise. A left-wing activist with problems to adjust to the social and political reality of a polarized country, between the fundamentalism and the ultracapitalism. A divorced housewife completely absorbed by her family and religious concerns.

Yo tuve un sueño, mamá, de Lia Saneh
TUESDAY 15th FEBRUARY: Video. I Had a Dream, Mom, by Lina Saneh (Lebanon, 2006, 45 min.)
With the camera just filming the face of her mother, Lina Saneh deepens into an unconnected and unusual dialogue. In a very hypnotic and poetic film, questions and answers reflect on our relation towards the other. I Had a Dream, Mom has been shown in several festivals and cultural gatherings in Europe, the United States and the Middle East, and this show by Casa Árabe will be its release in Spain.
