Meeting Arab Music
From June 21, 2010 until July 15, 2010
Casa Árabe collaborates with the new educational programme of the Guitar Festival organising a practical course on Arab music, by Jamal Ouassini.
The course is aimed at professional musicians, conservatory and music schools students, instrumentalists and singers in general from different musical trends. It will take place from July 12th to 15th.
Starting with guided auditions and basic concepts, it will develop a brief ensemble repertoire, which will be played as a concert the last day of the course.
The course will take place at Cordoba's Congress and Exhibition Palace from 10.00 to 14.00. Registration fee: 25 euros, includes a ticket to Le Trio Joubran concert, on 19th July.
