Oman Economic Openness and liberalization

Casa Árabe, in collaboration with the Oficina Económica y Comercial de España in Muscat [Spanish Economic and Trade Office], the Agencia Andaluza de Promoción Exterior [Andalusian External Promotion Agency] , the Cámaras de Comercio of Madrid and Navarra [Chambers of Commerce], Promomadrid and CEIM, organizes this new workshop on investment opportunities aimed at Spanish enterprises in Arab countries, focused on Omán.

The investment opportunities are broadening as a result of the openness process and liberalization the country is going through, which will be studied, in sectors such as Tourism, renewable energies, infraestructures and telecommunications among others.
Among the participants in the event, Christian Garma Santander, economic and trade counselor of the Spanish Embassy in Muscat, Jamil bin Ali Sultan al-Lawatti, deputy Chairman of Oman Trade and Industry Chamber, and representatives of Omani agencies and specialised organizations in electrical regulation, water supply, investments and industry.
