Screening of “Expulsados 1609” in Hornachos

This documentary was produced by Casa Árabe on the occasion of the fourth centennial of the expulsion of the Moriscos from Spain.
On Sunday, June 15, Casa Árabe will be screening the docu-fiction film “Expulsados 1609. La tragedia de los moriscos” (“Expelled 1609: The Tragedy of the Moriscos”) in the town of Hornachos.
The screening of this film forms part of the program of the Third Morisco Festival of Hornachos (Badajoz) and will be taking place at 7:00 p.m. in the Center for the Interpretation of Morisco Culture.
the documentary was produced by Casa Arabe to commemorate the expulsion of the Moriscos from Spain. it was directed by Miqal Lopez Lorca,starring several stars like Fernando Guillén, Pablo Rivero, Ana Alonso, Pablo Derqui, Juli Fàbregas y Juan Carlos Vellido.
