The High Representative of the European Union takes part in the first Forum of the Casas Network.
On the occasion of the European Year of Development, the Casas Network Forum received Federica Mogherini, the European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs on February 16, 2015.
Taking part in the event were José Manuel García-Margallo, Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, and Rebeca Grynspan, the Secretary General for Latin America. The General Director of Casa de América, Tomás Poveda, welcomed those attending.
