This winter, study Arabic wherever you want with the best teachers

From December 01, 2020 until December 27, 2020
ONLINE
Check groups and schedules in our website’s Language Center section.

We are offering a new set of online courses for adults and children. You can register from December 1 through 27, including both of those dates.

This winter, you don’t have to leave your home to learn Arabic with the best teachers. Because of the health situation, we are continuing to offer our online Arabic courses next quarter. The classes will begin on January 8 and end on March 18. You can complete your registration from December 1 through 27, including both of those dates.

We will continue to offer our regular courses in Modern Standard Arabic and Arabic dialects (Moroccan Darija, Egyptian and Levantine Arabic), as well as conversation courses, and classes for children (from 8 to 12 years old). For the first time ever, we will also be offering Moroccan Darija Egyptian and Levantine Arabic to children from 8 to 12 years old, in addition to our intensive courses for the beginners’ levels.

We are maintaining our reduced rates for online courses. In today’s world, here at the Language Center, we would like to make the utmost effort so that the greatest possible number of people can access Arabic studies with us. As a result, our online courses will be given for just 180 euros per quarter (for each 30-hour course), for adults. The course for children, now also with 30 hours of class time, is just 156 euros.

Careful when filling out the registration form. You must not select the discount rate, because online courses already include the discount.

You can also purchase your textbooks with a special 5% discount at Casa Árabe’s Balqis bookstore, and if you are unable to come pick them up in person, we will have them home-delivered to you FREE OF CHARGE (only for the EU). You can complete the entire purchase online.

The classes are given in sessions of three hours per week (Mondays and Wednesdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, or Fridays) during our morning hours (10:00 to 11:30 a.m.) or the afternoon/evening schedule (4:30, 5:30, 6:00 or 7:30 p.m.), as well as courses given on Saturday mornings.

The classes are given by video conference, using the platform Teams, which has a chat space, virtual whiteboard and online conversation. You just need a computer that is connected to the Internet. For any group assignments and greater satisfaction in using this tool, we recommend sharing an email address with your classmates, which may be your personal email or an account created specifically for the classes.

You may also register online. All students are given a user name and password to access their private online profile, where they can track their registration status, look at student records and carry out other procedures.

If you already have some knowledge of Arabic, please take our free online test to find out what level you should sign up for.

Remember to register before all of the classes are full!
The groups will be closed when the maximum number of students is reached. Students will be assigned to courses in chronological order as their registration forms are received, and no students will be allowed to register after the deadline.

Plus...
All Language Center students get discounts on tickets to Casa Árabe’s film screenings, as well as at Casa Árabe’s Balqís bookstore. If you are already a Language Center student, to avoid having to enter all of your personal information each quarter, you can retrieve your data by typing in the user name and password you used in previous quarters. If you have forgotten your user name, you may request it by sending us an e-mail message at (centrodelengua@casaarabe.es). If you have forgotten your password, you have to reset it in your private student profile. Because this information is confidential, the Language Center is unable to provide it.

You can find all of the information on our courses (schedules, registration, etc.) in the Language Center section of the Casa Árabe website.
