Given the name “The Art of Improvisation,” the concert will be marked by the spontaneous creativity of these prestigious musicians. This performance is the first in the group’s European tour, which will continue with recitals in other cities on the old continent. The performance is based on traditional music from Iran, with more than two thousand years of history. In recent years, it has been very well-received in different parts of the world.
The Iranian oud is known as the barbat, and will be played along the santur (with more than 80 strings), ney (cane flute), daf and tombak, the authentic instruments of traditional Iranian music. They will be played by the prestigious hands of the master musician, Darío El Grande.
