This year, to celebrate a Christmas limited by the coronavirus pandemic, this first edition of the Festival has been proposed as a unique opportunity to experience the cultural and artistic richness of Bethlehem. Palestinian and international artists are working together to create a moment of online togetherness, a shared celebration more important than ever, which highlights not only the geographical and historical importance of the city of Bethlehem, but also its still little-known culture and art scene. The festival includes music, film, visual arts, cooking, dance and theater events, as well as round table discussions.

Among the guests are personages like Roxanna Panufnik, Palestinian chef Fadi Kattan, multimedia artist and filmmaker Larissa Sansour, Irish dancer James Greenan of Riverdance fame, theatrical director David Greig and film director and producer Phyllida Loyd.

Registration for the festival is free, though the organizers accept donations through the website to make the initiative sustainable for the future.
