MELILLA
Ghoula is a Tunisian producer, composer and musician who mixes Maghrebi albums with hip hop, electronic pop and genres ranging from D&B and jungle to acid techno. His work masterfully blends North African musical heritage with beat culture, creating hypnotic performances packed with energy, cultural diversity and immersive soundscapes.
The collaboration between Casa Árabe and Iwa Fest dates back to 2023, when the festival presented performances by Disco Makrout and Rust Duo at Casa Árabe’s garden in Madrid, and Casa Árabe collaborated in organizing a film series as part of the second edition of the festival. In the summer of 2024, Iwa Fest brought the performers Joubantouja and Req Teq in to the Casa Árabe garden. In Melilla, Casa Árabe contributed with the performance by Acid Arab DJ set.
