Casa Árabe hosts FCAT’s “Film Aperitif” in Cordoba 

On Thursday, June 5, Casa Árabe is hosting this meeting with the filmmakers invited to the Cordoba extension of the Tarifa-Tangier African Film Festival (FCAT). Open to the public and the media. 

This event forms part of the FCAT program in Cordoba, running from June 3 to 6, with screenings at the Filmoteca de Andalucía (address: Calle Medina y Corella, 5). The festival’s extension in the city has been made possible by the cooperation between the Cordoba City Council, the Autonomous Regional Government of Andalusia, the Filmoteca de Andalucía and Casa Árabe. 

This “Film Aperitif” will give us a unique opportunity to talk with filmmakers Damien Hauser, Denise Fernandes and David Bingong, who will be sharing their experiences and perspectives on contemporary African cinema.

The event will be held at Casa Árabe’s headquarters (at Calle Samuel de los Santos Gener) at noon.It is open to the general public and the media.
