The meeting, which took place in Madrid on December 4, brought together Gary Udhwani, Director General for Europe and the United Kingdom (International Development) and Alonso de Arístegui, the company’s Director of Public Affairs and Institutional Relations. Together, they explored the potential for launching joint initiatives that can promote the role of sport as a tool of inclusiveness and diplomacy which brings cultures and societies closer together.

Casa Árabe and La Liga already collaborated in 2022, when the World Cup was held in Qatar that year. Casa Árabe then designed a comprehensive program of activities, which can be seen by clicking on this link, given the support of La Liga.
