Course on the classical music of Al-Andalus in Madrid 

The course will be given on the dates of September 5 and 6 by the performer, musicologist and author Amin Chaachoo.

The course will be given at the headquarters of Mix Voice Studio (at Calle Santísima Trinidad, 20 [local]), from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It will be taught by master Amin Chaachoo, a performer, musicologist, author and one of the most renowned experts on the classical music of Al-Andalus today. The program encompasses the theory on the modes and rhythms of Andalusi rhythms, the melodic and lyrical structures, aesthetics, the rules of modal improvisation and the practice of traditional themes, and will be given by Amin Chaachoo, one of the most renowned experts on classical Andalusi music today.
