MADRID
As a sneak peak of the concert organized this Thursday, November 27 at the Mediterranean Music Institute of the Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Casa Árabe offered a recital of Mediterranean melodies given by the trio of musicians Tres de Tres, during a day co-organized with the Conexus Foundation, which gives out scholarships for education and accomodation to young musicians from that school. During the day, we hosted more than 100 companies, professionals and politicians from Madrid and Valencia, with whom the General Director of Casa Árabe had the opportunity to discuss the role played by Casa Árabe as a platform that articulates the full ensemble of economic, political and cultural vectors which converge in the relations between Spain and the Arab countries.

Tres de Tres is made up of three promising youths from Jordan (Yarub M. Samarait, violin), Venezuela (Juan Manuel Guevara, double bass) and Greece (Ilias Papantoniou, percussion) and is the result of their musical delvings of fusion and dialogue between Mediterranean, Eastern and Latin melodies.
