ZARAGOZA
February 1 was the last day to see the exhibition “On a Journey: Spanish Architecture in the Arab world” which was on display at the Aljafería of Zaragoza, a fortified palace from the second half of the eleventh century which is currently the seat of the Parliament of Aragon.
During the brief time in which it was exhibited, visitors were able to admire the projects by 35 Spanish studios and engineering forms which work in the Arab world.
In addition to Zaragoza and other Spanish cities, the exhibition has traveled throughout different Arab countries. In the last year, it has been shown in Lebanon, Morocco, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan, and it will soon be traveling to Palestine.
Listen to the interview with Elena González, Programming Coordinator and Director’s Assistant at Casa Árabe, in which she speaks about this exhibition. It was broadcast during the program Marca España.
