FBI representatives visit Casa Árabe
Directors from the FBI Academy’s National Executive Institute (NEI) visited Casa Árabe’s headquarters in Madrid on Tuesday, June 23, at a meeting organized by the Spanish Civil Guard University Center.

The visit was promoted by the Spanish Guardia Civil University Center with which Casa Árabe reached a collaboration agreement to promote training activities on topics related with the Arab and Islamic worlds, their languages and cultures. Among the potential forms of future collaboration discussed were the hosting of visits, meetings and training activities for senior police officers as part of the partnership between the CUGC and the NEI.
The National Executive Institute (NEI) is an FBI training and executive leadership development center, run by the entity’s Training Division at the FBI Academy in Quantico (USA). The FBI has operations in Madrid through an international office located at the U.S. Embassy in Spain. This office is responsible for coordinating cooperation with Spanish law enforcement agencies, such as the Spanish National Police and the Spanish Civil Guard, to investigate international crimes, cyber-crimes and organized crime.
