Law Practice Internationalization Forum in Casablanca

From March 18-20, the fifth Spanish Law Practice Internationalization Forum will be held in the Moroccan city of Casablanca. It is organized by the General Council of Spanish Lawyers, ICEX Spain Exports and Investments, and the Embassy of Spain Trade Office in Casablanca.

January 17, 2013
The goal of these events is to make it easier to identify opportunities for the participating Spanish law firms to increase their international outreach, as well as creating incentives for cooperation in the legal sector, providing contact with potential partners in the destination country.

The official language used will be French, so it is essential that at least one person from each firm be able to take part in talks in that language. The registration cost amounts to 700 euros per person/firm, which includes accommodations at the hotel where the events will be taking place, but not travel costs.
There are 12 spaces available, and the deadline for signing up is January 27.

As part of this meeting, we will also be holding an Information and Preparation Day about the mission in Madrid in mid-February, so as to provide a general overview of the potential that Morocco offers for Spanish legal professionals. This Day will be open in the morning to all law firms interested in this market, while the afternoon will be dedicated exclusively to those law firms which have signed up to participate. Attendance is required for those law firms which are registered and selected.
