Meeting with Ramsi Jazmati, director of the Middle East Area at the University of Navarra 

Casa Árabe’s General Director, Miguel Moro Aguilar, welcomed Ramsi Jazmati, trustee of the Social Foundation and Director of the Middle East Department at the University of Navarra. 

The meeting, held in Madrid on Friday, February 20, formed part of Casa Árabe’s ongoing dialogue with academic institutions committed to analyzing and understanding the Arab world and Middle East region. 

During the meeting, future avenues for collaboration and opportunities for academic and institutional exchange were discussed, as well as the potential for launching joint initiatives.

The University of Navarra is a university institution founded in 1952 that carries out its teaching, research and health care activities with a mission focused on comprehensive education for its students and the advancement of knowledge through research. It offers numerous bachelor’s degrees, Master’s degrees, professional programs and PhDs at its four campuses, located in the cities of Pamplona, San Sebastián, Madrid, and, through the IESE Business School, in Barcelona, Madrid, Munich, New York and São Paulo.

It offers cultural activities in a wide range of categories through its internal network for students, from the University of Navarra Museum and the School Council of Navarra, with which it cooperates to organize events such as the Philosophy Olympiad of Navarra.
