Meeting with the Chairwoman of the Iraqi Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee

Today, Casa Árabe’s Director General, Irene Lozano, welcomed the President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Iraqi Parliament, Delan Ghafour Salih Salih, at Casa Árabe’s headquarters in Madrid. She was accompanied by the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Madrid, Salih Husain Ali Ali.

At their meeting, which was also attended by Cristina Juarranz, Casa Árabe’s assistant director, Delan Ghafour Salih explained the work by the committee he chairs in his country’s Parliament. 

As for Casa Árabe’s Director General, she reviewed the activities and work dedicated to Iraq by the Spanish institution. Moreover, the main lines of interest were identified and avenues of collaboration were explored for the future.
