CóRDOBA
The tours, guided by Professor Inmaculada Serrano, interpret Cordoba’s heritage from a gender-based perspective. Despite the lack of women in most historical sources, their presence is essential to construct and understand our city’s history. Through several different tours, we will get a closer look at manorial homes, old palaces, museums, courtyards, former hospitals and schools and countless city streets and squares which make up a cultural treasure trove in our Cordovan cultural heritage.

There will be four different gender-based tours which attempt to provide a more complete history of Cordoba across the centuries by describing the indisputable contributions made by women in every sphere of life from the first century to the modern day.
