Sculptor Carlos Albert visits Casa Árabe
The artist visited the institution’s headquarters in Madrid, where he met with Casa Arabe’s director, Miguel Moro Aguilar.

A graduate of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid’s School of Fine Arts, Carlos Albert is a sculptor who works with materials such as steel and wrought iron, as well as using the collage technique in his two-dimensional creations. He has exhibited his works at different locations throughout Spain, the United States, the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Vietnam, and he has received various awards, the most recent of which include the Sculpture Award given by the “World Heritage Cities” Group (2017) and the Gold Medal awarded at the Autumn Exhibition of the Santa Isabel de Hungría Royal Spanish Academy of Fine Arts by the Royal Cavalry of Seville (Real Maestranza, 2016).
