According to the Convention establishing it, the organization’s mission is to contribute to the achievement of administrative development in Arab countries in order to serve general development issues. In its quest to fulfill this mission, the organization makes efforts and provides services and programs to the governments of the organization’s Arab members and the 22 states that comprise it.
