The Association of Support for the Syrian People donates its humanitarian materials to the Health Care System

In mid-March, the AAPS made all of the materials in its possession available to the Spanish Ministry of Health The Directorate General of Emergencies of the Municipal Government of Madrid will be distributing them to the city’s hospitals.

Along with Amer, Ernesto, Cecilio and Raquel, of the Association of Support for the Syrian People, the members of the Directorate General for Emergencies of the Spanish capital’s city council loaded and prepared the materials for delivery to Madrid’s hospitals.

In all, the AAPS has donated 12,000 masks, 600,000 size M gloves and a case with 1,200 blue hospital gowns, 540 vacutests, 19,200 decontaminating mats and 500 safeblood extraction tests.

The Samur emergency services will soon be coming for further materials and hospital beds.

Casa Árabe congratulates and thanks the Association of Support for the Syrian People for this initiative and reiterates its support for the Syrian people, as well as our desire for this aid to be sent to the Syrian people once the lack of medical supplies in Spain has been dealt with.
