CÓRDOBA
Cultural managers responsible for the 48 domestic sites declared to be World Heritage Sites by Unesco will be meeting at Casa Árabe’s Cordoba headquarters for two days, when they will be taking part in round table discussions, debate sessions and practical workshops (at different locations), as well as several visits to World Heritage spaces and Cordoba’s historical city center.

The event will be taking place at the Casa Mudéjar,  an accessible historical building which Spain’s National Heritage Department has ceded to Casa Árabe for use as its current headquarters in Cordoba, including five different houses linked together by galleries, a passageway and stairwells, with four courtyards and a watchtower. The original building dates back to the fourteenth century, though most of the current structures are from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. It is located within the southern part of the Historical Center of Cordoba, near the Mosque-Cathedral, within the area declared to be a World Heritage Site.
