Visit to Oman by the Director of Casa Árabe
In order to contribute to creating stronger cultural ties between Spain
and Oman, the General Director of Casa Árabe, Eduardo López Busquets,
visited this country from May 4-7.
López Busquets met with Abdulaziz al Rowas, Cultural Affairs Advisor to H.M. the Sultan; Mohammed al Riyami, Secretary General of the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science; Maitha al Mahrouqi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism, and with Salim bin Mohammed al Marouqi, Undersecretary for Heritage Affairs of the Ministry of Heritage and Culture. He also met with Abdul Mohsin al Hinai, Director General of Document Management and with the President of the Saif al Maskri Cultural Club. López Busquets also visited the towns of Nizwa, Al Hamra and Bahla.
